It has been a while since I have written out our weekly menu plan! Here's my list of dinner ideas for this week:
~ Oven-baked chicken thighs with parmesan risotto (adults), roasted garlic mashed potatoes (kids), and veggies (asparagus for the adults, peas for the kids).
~ Coca-cola pork roast in the crockpot with boiled red potatoes and corn.
~ Lazy Mom's goulash over rice.
~ Hot turkey sandwiches (open faced, thick-sliced turkey sandwiches) with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and green beans.
~ Pinto beans and shredded pork.
