My first Itty Bitty Baby Dress

I bought this cute pillowcase a while back, but it had just been languishing away in my fabric bin. I decided to try out the FREE Made by Rae pattern for an Itty Bitty Baby Dress. Because I used a pillowcase, I was able to use the existing hem for the skirt. I decided to skip the piping because it scared me a little bit, having never used it before.

Hi Sadie thanks for your links for an upholstered headboard. Those are great too but I have my heart set on an upholstered bed not just the headboard and I want it about 70" tall and I love how it wraps around the sides. I don't know if I'll find it cheaper but I'm determined to try!
By the way super cute dress!!

It's very cute. I love making new things from something else. I'm all for no hemming.
